Settings → Preferences

App-behavior toggles. These change how setlist presents your work and pre-fills planning dates — they don't change your data.

Product page

Progressive product view (default: on)

When on, the product detail page shows one stage's work at a time — completed stages collapse to a one-line summary, and future stages are dimmed until you reach them. Turn it off to see the whole product page expanded at once.

See The Product Workspace → progressive view for how it behaves.

Planning

Design lead time (weeks) (default: not set)

How far ahead of a launch a product's design should be done. setlist pre-fills each product's Target due date as the launch date minus this many weeks — you can still override it per product. Leave blank to skip the auto-filled due date.

Set it up

  1. Choose whether you want the progressive product view (most people leave it on).
  2. Set a design lead time (e.g. 4 weeks) so products get a sensible target due date relative to their launch.

Both settings autosave.
