Settings → Launches

Create launches here and make quick catalog edits. The Launches page shows the card overview and each launch's full editable detail.

Where: setlist → Settings → Launches Feeds: the product Launch group dropdown; the launch window scales weekly/monthly forecast targets; the launch end date defaults a limited-date product's end date

What you set here

  • Add a launch: enter a Name (e.g. "Fall 2026") — the only required field — plus a Start date and End date if you know them, then click Add launch. (Dates can't be in the past.) A launch with no end date can't scale a per-week/per-month forecast target, so add one when you have it.
  • Each launch's name and dates autosave; the trash icon removes it.
  • Identifying images (internal): add reference thumbnails to a launch (images only, under 10 MB each) — purely for your team. Remove with the small "×"; add with the "+" tile.

Why launches matter beyond grouping

Assigning a product to a launch (on the product's detail page):

  • Locks the product's launch date to the launch's start date.
  • Defaults the end date (for limited-date products) to the launch's end date.
  • Scales forecast targets — a category's per week / per month forecast target is multiplied by the launch's window length (it falls back to a flat total when the launch has no end date).

Set it up

  1. Add a launch with a name and date range.
  2. (Optional) Add internal identifying images.
  3. Assign products — from a product, from Products → Edit for a filtered bulk selection, or from the launch detail's Add products picker.
  4. Open the Launches page to manage the full launch and monitor readiness.
