Settings → Classifications

Define-your-own product fields. Add the fields your team cares about and choose which product stage they appear on.

Where: setlist → Settings → Classifications Feeds: custom fields rendered on the product detail page (on the stage card you choose)

What you set here

Each classification is a custom field with:

Name — the field label (e.g. "Manufactured", "Build type")
Field type:
- Yes / No — renders as a Yes/No picker
- List of values — renders as a dropdown of values you manage (add comma-separated Values)
- Text — renders as a free-form text field on each product
Show at stage — which stage card the field appears on: Plan, Design, Review, or Ready for launch (Archived isn't an option)

Add a classification: enter a Name, pick the Field type (add Values if it's a list), choose the stage, and click Add classification.
Edits autosave; the trash icon removes.
On any product, the field appears on the chosen stage card; the value is saved per product.

"Show at stage" is exact, not "from this stage onward." A field set to Design renders on the Design card only — it doesn't reappear on Review or Ready for launch. Put each field where the person who fills it in is working.
The New product form shows only Plan fields. Anything assigned to a later stage appears once the product exists and you reach that stage's card.
New classifications default to Plan, and an unrecognized stage falls back to Plan.
A stage card with no classifications assigned to it renders nothing at all — no empty-state text.
Switching a field from list to Yes/No or Text clears its managed values.
A value stored on a product stays selectable even if you later remove it from the list, so nothing is lost.
