Launch planning gets a proper control room.

NewLaunches now have campaign-style cards and their own detail pages, with editable dates, assigned products, a card cover, internal images, and a complete readiness rollup.
NewEdit products in one place: select rows to add them to a campaign or move them to a launch, and update forecast totals in the same mode.
ImprovedCampaigns can now be filtered by status, type, and date range, then sorted by start date, end date, or name.
FixedCampaign and launch cards now use one column in narrow views and restore the two-column layout on wider screens.
setlist 1.9July 8, 2026

Planned price and live price stop fighting each other.

NewKeep the planned price beside the live Shopify price, see every change in Price history, and explicitly choose whether to adopt Shopify or push the plan when they drift.
NewProducts and campaigns can carry a direct Link to brief, including Monday docs and other external URLs.
ImprovedCampaign member pickers are searchable and show product names and SKUs without losing selections while you filter.
ImprovedCampaign cards now lead with a compact cover or icon tile, clearer dates and status, and a readiness-focused footer.
ImprovedLineup is now setlist across the embedded app and documentation.
setlist 1.8July 5, 2026

Quicker page changes and a better notes thread.

NewDesign notes now use a chat-style composer with inline attachments, image paste, and drag-and-drop.
ImprovedProducts, campaigns, launches, tests, user tests, materials, and forecasts now load into page-shaped skeletons instead of blank or blocking transitions.
NewCreate a questionnaire in a modal while assigning a user test, without leaving the test flow.
FixedLong-running embedded sessions recover in place instead of sending you to a dead-end login page.
setlist 1.7July 4, 2026

Forecast from real sales, and bring existing catalogs with you.

NewSync recent Shopify sales, import older planning workbooks, generate editable forecast drafts, lock versions, score accuracy, and turn the result into inventory, labor, and materials planning.
NewImport product cards from a CSV — headers match loosely, and a row whose SKU already exists updates that card instead of duplicating it.
NewAdd materials by hand or import them from a CSV, for shops that don't run on Fulfil; Fulfil-synced rows stay the read-only source of truth.
Improvedsetlist now asks for Shopify access (inventory, publishing, customers, and order history) only when you use the feature that needs it, instead of all up front.
setlist 1.6June 2026

Forecast overrides and a tighter Review gate.

NewOverride any variant's forecast by hand after an auto-distribute; the remaining rows hold.
ImprovedThe Review gate now blocks on both a confirmed price and a set forecast before Ready for launch opens.
FixedSuggested price no longer lags a beat behind a bill-of-materials edit.
setlist 1.5May 2026

Fulfil brings labor and unit costs with it.

NewLabor and per-unit material costs now sync from Fulfil into the bill of materials.
ImprovedStock-on-hand refreshes on connect and on demand, so COGS reflects the system of record.
setlist 1.4April 2026

Sell the sample.

NewClose out a user test by selling the sample through a Shopify draft order, linked to the tester record.
ImprovedQuestionnaire responses stay attached to the product all the way through launch.
setlist 1.3March 2026

SKU templates per product type.

NewEach product type owns an ordered SKU template; codes derive from type, name and material and join on the variant.
FixedRe-deriving a template no longer leaves an orphaned code segment on existing variants.
setlist 1.2February 2026

Bill of materials and live margin.

NewSupply lines roll up into material cost; type a price and COGS, margin and a suggested price compute.
ImprovedEvery derived cost on a variant is now read-only, leaving price as the one field you type.
setlist 1.1January 2026

Gates between every stage.

NewPlan, Design, Review and Ready for launch each carry a gate that must pass before the next opens.
NewArchived added as a terminal state for products that are no longer active.
setlist 1.0December 2025

setlist is live.

NewThe prep room ships: products, variants and SKUs, with an unlisted Shopify draft handoff at the end of the line.
